Après une action remarquée au Ministère de l’agriculture, en particulier sur des missions d’évaluation de la gestion de l’eau, de la sécurité en montagne, etc. Henry OLLAGNON crée au début des années 1990 l’unité de formation et de recherche « Gestion du vivant et stratégies patrimoniales » à l’AgroParisTech (ancien Institut national agronomique de Paris-Grignon), qu’il dirige encore aujourd’hui et avec laquelle Sol et Civilisation entretient des relations privilégiées.

Professeur, il préside également l’Association patrimoniale internationale qui soutient l’Institut international de stratégies patrimoniales. Il soutient activement les travaux et réflexions de Sol et Civilisation.

Ingénieur agricole, Dominique Olivier dirige la SICASELI, une coopérative agricole de 120 personnes, située sur le territoire du Ségala-Limargue aux portes de Figeac, dans le Lot.

Outre son activité dans la coopération agricole, il participe activement aux travaux et réflexions de Sol et Civilisation, notamment avec le groupe dit de Toulouse. Il s’implique également dans la vie du territoire, en particulier au sein du Pays de Figeac, et plus largement s’engage dans un grand nombre d’associations et de réseaux régionaux et nationaux qui traitent du développement économique en milieu rural, de l’alimentation, de l’économie sociale et solidaire, de l’innovation agricole, etc.

La gestion des ressources humaines en milieu rural : l’expérience de la coopérative SICASELI

Dans cet article, les auteurs présentent l’exemple du territoire du Ségala-Limargue sur lequel les acteurs économiques – entreprises puis associations – se sont mobilisés pour mettre en place, au fil des années, une gestion progressive de gestion des ressources humaines. MOLLARD Michel

Ingénieur agronome de formation, passé sur les bancs de Julien COLEOU, ancien professeur à l’Institut national agronomique de Paris-Grignon (devenu AgroParisTech), Michel MOLLARD a débuté sa carrière par un parcours international diversifié en tant que gestionnaire de projets de développement, expert pour le compte d’organisations internationales (FAO, OCDE) et responsable de bureau d’ingénierie agroalimentaire.

A la demande des organisations professionnelles céréalières, il a créé une activité d’aide au développement agricole des pays en développement et émergents, dans le cadre de l’association Fert, ONG de coopération agricole internationale qu’il a dirigée de 1984 à 2007.

Mobilisé par les responsables céréaliers, il participe à la création de , ONG de coopération agricole internationale dont il définit les orientations, les compétences et métiers créant in fine une véritable « démarche Fert ». Il en assure la direction jusqu’en 2009.

En 1991, il renouvelle son engagement en prenant part à la création de Sol et Civilisation dont il assure la direction dès ses débuts et développe progressivement les activités et axes de travail : les Assises, la Lettre, les groupes, les études, les appuis méthodologiques, etc. Depuis 2007, Michel MOLLARD est adminsitrateur de Sol et Civilisation.

Pascal LEGRAS est agriculteur à Lieusaint, en Seine et Marne.

Suite à un diagnostic paysager, il fonde l’association « Les champs de la ville » qui regroupe des agriculteurs, des habitants, des associations environnementales et des élus pour favoriser le dialogue autour de l’agriculture sur la ville nouvelle de Sénart. Cette association qu’il préside aujourd’hui encore, a accueilli l’un des travaux de terrain d’un projet régional, afin d’améliorer les relations entre les agriculteurs et les acteurs du territoire dans le but d’une meilleure gestion du vivant à Sénart.

Vers un projet agricole pour la ville nouvelle de Sénart

Dans cet article, l’auteur retrace à grands traits l’histoire de la ville nouvelle de Sénart et de la place progressive qu’y ont pris les agriculteurs et l’agriculture. C’est ainsi que l’auteur décrit une situation atypique qui mixe agriculture et ville et nécessite de plus en plus de penser le projet agricole comme un projet dans la ville, voire même comme une partie du projet de ville. A travers ce cheminement, l’auteur éclaire les voies de relations nouvelles entre les agriculteurs et les habitants d’un territoire très urbanisé.

LEDRU Michel

Depuis 2003, Michel LEDRU préside Sol et Civilisation. Né en 1935, il s’est installé en 1961 en production polyculture à dominante laitière à Bosc-Guérard-Saint-Adrien (Seine Maritime), commune dont il est le Maire depuis 1989.

L’engagement professionnel de Michel LEDRU l’a conduit à présider notamment la Fédération nationale des producteurs de lait (FNPL) et à assurer le secrétariat général adjoint de la Fédération nationale des syndicats d’exploitants agricoles (FNSEA).

Il a par ailleurs présidé Fert de 2006 à 2008.

Dans cet article, l’auteur analyse le glissement progressif des gestionnaires des espaces protégés d’une conception de la préservation de la nature à une vision nouvelle, « la co-gestion de la biodiversité », pour en détailler ensuite les conséquences pour les milieux et les relations entre les hommes.
